Dr. Noorda is dedicated to furthering his dental education in order to provide the most comprehensive, research-proven yet cutting-edge dental care available. He attends Dental Continuing Education courses frequently to learn about new research, techniques, materials, and ideas in dentistry and to reinforce and refresh his knowledge and understanding of standard techniques and materials. While Nevada law requires only 12 units of continuing education per year for a dentist to maintain a license, Dr. Noorda has averaged over 50 units each year since he began practicing. Dr. Noorda maintains memberships in many dental organizations in order to remain at the cutting edge of dental education and development, as well as to become involved in service. He is working to earn a Fellowship degree in the Academy of General Dentistry, an organization dedicated to helping dentists develop exceptional skills in all aspects of dentistry. In the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry Dr. Noorda is working to become fully accredited in cosmetic dentistry. As a member of the American Association of Endodontists, he keeps abreast of the latest developments in root canal treatment. He also maintains membership in the American Dental Association, the Nevada Dental Association and the Clark County Dental Society. Finally, he is a member of the Academy of LDS Dentists, which is primarily a service organization that provides dental services to those in need throughout the world. Away from the office Dr. Noorda has many interests. He loves being outdoors and greatly enjoys nature. Some favorite outdoor activities include vegetable and flower gardening, astronomy, camping, mountain biking, and water and snow skiing/boarding. He also enjoys sports of all kinds like basketball, softball, tennis, and horseshoes. When not outside playing, Dr. Noorda loves to read, cook, tinker on the piano, dabble in watercolors, and listen to all kinds of music. Culturally, Dr. Noorda loves opera, musicals, plays, and even the ballet—although you’ll never catch him in tights. He is very active as a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and truly enjoys the opportunities it gives him to serve others. Above all, however, Dr. Noorda’s greatest love is spending time with his wife and kids. From bedtime stories to soccer games, homework to road trips, being with family is what really keeps him happy.
Our High Technology & Comfort office was designed to provide a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere in a clean, high-technology environment. All of our equipment is new and state-of-the-art, helping us provide you with the best care available. We have incorporated a computer-based digital radiology (x-ray) system that provides almost instantaneous images using up to 90% less radiation than conventional film systems. Each treatment room is fully computerized, and for your enjoyment has available internet radio, CD player, VCR, DVD, and cable TV. For your comfort, our treatment chairs all have extra cushy padding, and we have neck pillows and blankets available.

Dr.
Brett Noorda was born and raised in Las Vegas. He graduated with
honors from Valley High School in 1986. After a year of college,
Dr. Noorda served two years as a missionary for the LDS Church.
He then returned to college and in 1992 graduated Cum Laude from
Brigham Young University with a B.S. in Zoology and a minor in the
Humanities. He received his D.M.D. degree from the Oregon Health
Sciences University School of Dentistry in Portland, Oregon, graduating
with Honors in 1996. After graduation, Dr. Noorda returned to Las
Vegas to join his father in dental practice and has been practicing
general and cosmetic dentistry in the area since. 
Marilyn is the team hygienist, and has been working with Dr. Noorda for almost 10 years. She earned her Dental Hygiene degree from the Community College of Southern Nevada in 1994. Marilyn is very thorough in the cleanings she does for patients, and yet, we frequently hear from patients how gentle she is. One of the things you will notice at your first appointment with Marilyn, is that she really enjoys helping people maintain or improve their oral health. She is always willing to demonstrate proper brushing or flossing, and provide a complimentary toothbrush!
Pat is a native of St. Joseph, Michigan, with 27 years of dental experience. She has been with Dr. Noorda for the past 3 years, and specializes in making patients feel welcome. One of Pat's favorite things about working with Dr. Noorda and his team, is knowing that when she asks a patient before they leave, "How did it go?", their answer is going to be "Great!"
Michelle is originally from Chama, New Mexico. She is a Certified Dental Assistant with 17 years of experience, and has worked for Dr. Noorda since 2002. She is gentle and kind, and enjoys both watching people see their new smiles in the mirror for the first time after a cosmetic procedure, and helping people with dental pain become comfortable again.
